1 Overview
At present, China is implementing a sustainable development strategy , efforts to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society , actively advocated and efforts to promote low-carbon economic development model . Photovoltaic technology for sustainable development as the most desirable characteristics of renewable energy technologies in recent years, with the strong support of the state has been developing rapidly . China's energy consumption as higher hospital public service agencies, and conservation work in the future energy conservation in the face of greater pressure , and actively explore green hospital construction and development model , to effectively improve the level of hospital construction , and promote the concept of green building and scientific use of energy saving technologies is particularly important .
2 Compared with conventional micro inverter inverter
2.1 Traditional inverters
Currently PV systems commonly used in the electrical structure diagram , there are several programs generally centralized , string , multi -string , etc., shown in Figure 4-1 .
Three systems , the maximum power point tracking system is carried out for the entire string , each of the components are not guaranteed to run at the maximum power point , each PV module can not obtain the status information ; other hand, the mounting surface of each of the actual direction and angle of the mounting components are not necessarily the same , the generation efficiency of the individual components are not identical to each other , a centralized maximum power point tracking , reduces the power generation efficiency of the system . When concentrated photovoltaic system to cover the actual measurement of the energy loss shown in Figure 4-2 , the data show 3% had covered 25% of the photovoltaic energy loss .
2.2 micro-inverter
Micro-inverter grid technology proposed direct integration with a single inverter PV modules , PV modules for each individual with an AC-DC converter with functionality and maximum power point tracking inverter module , power will be sent directly to the PV modules converted into AC power for use or transport the AC load to the grid . Figure 4-3 :
Micro inverter to replace the traditional centralized inverter has the following advantages:
( 1 ) Each individual micro- inverters connected to an array of photovoltaic panels . Each solar panel has a separate maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control , no matter how the other panels in the array , the panel any time maximum power output . Shadowing experience practical applications , dirt accumulation, while light , which do not deviate or do not match the ideal conditions for micro- inverters will cause the entire PV array to maximize energy output . Power generation systems significantly improve efficiency .
( 2 ) the inverter and PV modules integrated , modular design can be achieved , a single module failure will not affect the entire system design environment temperature reaches -40 degrees to +65 degrees. Environmental rating to IP65, mounting space are not independent , distributed installation easy configuration, can make full use of space and to adapt to different installation direction and angle of the application system , high reliability and easy expansion ;
( 3 ) The micro- inverter technology and power line carrier communication technology, AC bus through the grid can capture the output power and status information of each micro- inverter and PV modules , it is easy to monitor and control the entire system, while not the need for additional communication lines , there is no burden on the system connection , greatly simplifying the system architecture.
3 Kerui micro inverters
4 micro-inverters used in hospital construction
Solar panels produce DC electricity into alternating current by an inverter , without battery energy storage directly through the grid-connected inverter , the power to send the grid. Higher efficiency, better stability , better economy , there conducive to promote the use of the city.
The hospital building energy consumption accounts for the proportion of the total building energy consumption by about 40% , and hospital buildings heated water 24 hours a day , daily hot larger scale, according to statistics from 30 to 500 tons . Great energy hospital , while in the " energy reform " era , hospitals bear the brunt of this energy -hungry , certainly in the vanguard of reform. As the 21st century green solar energy will be used in the hospital when solar power is relatively large area , so the solar building will certainly be used in hospitals, plus micro-inverter has many advantages over traditional inverters, then micro-inverter will certainly shine.
